Youth Centre Forum is Vinnytsia oblast youth non-governmental
organisation founded 10 February, 2000.
Youth Centre Forum's membership amounts to 300 members, volunteers
and people involved in the activities of the organisation.
Youth Centre Forum is an independent non-governmental organisation
without having affiliation to any political party or organisation which
may influence Forum's activities and final decisions.
Our office is located in Vinnytsia, the main city of Vinnytsia
oblast. Vinnytsia oblast lies in the central part of Ukraine with its
historical name Podillya.
We have experienced staff and sufficient facilities. Standing out as the
most potential youth organisations in the region, we are capable to become
a reliable partner for Ukrainian and foreign organisations.
Members of Youth Centre Forum are participants of educational exchange
programmes in USA, Hungary, Poland. They regularly attend international
UN summits, Ukrainian-Russian joint conferences; work as analysts and
trainers.

Our mission
Vinnytsia oblast youth non-governmental organisation Youth Centre
Forum was created to foster intellectual, cultural and spiritual development
of young people, encourage their participation in building civil society,
facilitate young people's initiative and entrepreneurship.
Our objectives:
- develop and realise regional, local and international programmes to
improve social and economic condition of young people
- propagate culture, spirituality and civil society principles to young
people; increase the role of self-education
- pursue environmental protection goals, agitating young people to preserve
Ukrainian natural and cultural heritage;
- facilitate youth entrepreneurship, create new working places for young
people
- support youth initiative
- promote independent non-governmental media
